Malthouse Court is a four-storey private gated development with a roof terrace accessible to guests. On-site parking is available upon request at a charge of £10 per day, with secure gated access and CCTV coverage in common areas and outside the property. The building has a lift, key access, smoke alarms, and an express check-in/check-out service.
Rooms
Each apartment contains two bedrooms, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a fully equipped en-suite in the master bedroom, and a family bathroom with both bath and shower facilities. The kitchen is fitted with a dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, oven, microwave, kettle, and fridge freezer, plus cooking utensils. The living area has a sofa and an HDTV with Freeview channels.
Location
Malthouse Court is situated 500 metres from Reading town centre and 750 metres from Reading rail station. The nearest airport is London Heathrow Airport, 37 km away. Guests can walk to the Oracle Mall in 10 minutes and find several restaurants nearby.
